Engineering Design and Calculation Process:

Kick-Off & Technical Alignment
  1. Conduct kick-off meetings to validate project scope, define multidisciplinary roles, and establish milestones.
  2. Facilitate workshops with clients to align technical goals, site constraints, and critical deliverables.
  1. Perform site surveys, collect existing drawings, P&ID, performance history, and physical constraints.
