Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan | 2022
This maintenance project had a high level of difficulty due to the very remote site location and the condition of the tank plates experiencing extensive corrosion. The biggest challenge for our team was the necessity to execute repairs and repainting while the fuel tanks were still fully filled (in-service). Through strict HSE risk mitigation and specialized work methods, we successfully restored asset integrity safely without halting client operations, proving our expertise in API 653 tank repair.

Given the high-risk area, our team implemented ultra-strict HSE protocols and precise heavy equipment maneuvering methods. All inspection and repair stages were executed safely (zero accident) without interrupting the terminal facility’s operations.
