Facing the challenge of an isolated forest area with minimal soil data and extreme heavy equipment access, TDM applied Geotechnical Data Correlation for conservative foundation validation. We optimized the design through a Modular Construction approach and manual erection methods, enabling partial material mobilization while eliminating reliance on heavy cranes in difficult locations.

Facing mobilization and cost-efficiency challenges, TDM engineered a modular structure that broke down massive dimensions without compromising the 18-Ton SWL load integrity. Through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation at critical points, we selected alternative materials that were cost-efficient yet still adhered to a Safety Factor of 3.0 in accordance with the ASME B30.20 standard.
