Factory, warehouse, and bridge construction process:
Project Initiation
- Feasibility studies and site surveys (topography & geotechnics) are conducted, project requirements (production capacity, material types, operational loads) are identified, the scope of work is determined, schedules are prepared, and budgets are estimated.
- Intensive communication with project owners and related parties, formation of a project management team, and preparation of preliminary approval documents.
Engineering Design & Calculation
- Creation of detailed architectural and steel structure designs (factories, warehouses, bridges), height calculations, design loads, and feasibility analyses.
- Preparation of working drawings, material specifications, technical simulations (virtual load tests, 3D visualizations), and design reviews for finalization of construction documents.
Procurement
- Selection and procurement of key materials, such as SNI/ASTM-certified structural steel, sandwich panels, roof sheets, bridge and warehouse equipment, and utility installation equipment.
- Logistics arrangements, delivery schedules, quality certificate checks, and ensuring materials are ready for fabrication and installation in the field.
Fabrication and Construction
- Fabrication of steel structure components in the workshop (cutting, welding, painting, assembly).
- On-site construction: steel frame erection, foundation casting, main structure installation, utility installation, and quality control at every stage.
- Periodic connection tests, safety inspections, and verification of field work results.
Commissioning & Documentation
- System performance testing (bridge load testing, utility commissioning, warehouse and factory function checks), structural quality audits, and validation of all facilities in accordance with technical specifications and regulations.
- Preparation of as-built drawings, material testing and commissioning reports, and preparation of operational and maintenance manuals for the construction results.
Handover & Final Acceptance
- Physical handover of the building/project along with supporting documents such as quality certificates, construction warranties, and technical operating manuals to the project owner.
- Brief training for operators/maintenance owners, signing of the handover report, and activation of the maintenance period and after-sales service in accordance with the contract.

Of course. We are very flexible. If you already have detailed design drawings (Detailed Engineering Design - DED), we can work as the implementing contractor. Our team will review the design to ensure technical suitability in the field before starting the fabrication and construction process.
The cost estimate depends on several factors, such as building area, project location, material specifications, and design complexity. After an initial consultation session and understanding of the scope of work, we will provide a transparent and competitive Budget Plan (RAB).
We welcome collaboration. We will establish a schedule of regular coordination meetings (e.g., weekly) involving our Project Manager, representatives from your team, and relevant consultants. All formal communications, approvals, and documentation will be channeled through the channels agreed upon at the beginning of the project to ensure there are no miscommunications.
